Dave Bliss came to Trout Architects/Chartered in 1998. In his more than 35 years in the industry, Dave has designed and managed projects in New York, California and Idaho. He brings to the firm his superior skills in project management and extensive experience in a full range of projects from renovating air terminals and Air Force bases to commercial and educational design. Dave is a highly organized and disciplined individual. Years of experience and keen intelligence have given him a superb ability to foresee the technical and utilitarian implications of varied project types.
