Architect

A graduate of Columbia University, Elizabeth Young earned her Master of Building Design in 1984. She came to Trout Architects in 1989, a return to her native Boise. Years in Seattle and San Francisco have given her considerable experience in performing arts, civic and health care facilities as well as a penchant for large scale projects. A remarkable intelligence and a capacity to visualize and communicate extensive detail make Elizabeth an integral part of the design team. It is with sensible integrity that she administers all aspects of the building process. She remains highly active in the community through the Historic Preservation Commission.

The Top Dog

The office has found their best friend in Maggie. An irresistable half-and-half of Australian Shepherd and Golden Retriever with the outstanding propensity for loyalty and playfulness. Maggie has been known to contribute greatly to those demanding projects that require long hours and tight deadlines. Through her generosity she brings the office together, never biting off more than she can chew and rarely complaining.
