blaine county courthouse annex

The Blaine County Courthouse Annex is a 20,000 square foot facility, which will house office space to meet the growing needs of several County departments. A 10,000 square foot parking garage is under the building, for staff use.

Frequent dialogue with the County Commissioners, department heads, and the public led to a building design, which addressed multiple levels of needs and concerns. This included an efficient organization of staff with thought given to flexibility for future growth, healthy and pleasant work environments, and proper reception of the public with regards to security and convenience.

Harmony with the existing county campus and historic fabric of Hailey was important to the building’s placement, massing, and facade design.
