This 39,000 square foot facility provides space for office, technical development and light manufacturing start-up companies. The budget for this project was, given the rental requirements, extremely limited. Yet, Trout Architects was able to design and deliver this project under budget while maintaining the firm’s very high level of architectural design.

Its central core houses common use communication, conference and administrative facilities along with space for mentors to assist and guide tenants in their endeavors. Trout Architects designed the center with these tenants in mind. Natural light flows freely within the large footprint, aided by rooftop light monitors. The facility was also designed to facilitate an addition, further emphasizing the growth potential of the building and its occupants.

This exciting project was completed on time and on budget for a unheard of amount of $47.00 per square foot.
