Davis Parke Apartments

This project focuses on the need for affordable housing in Boise. Designing a subsidized housing project posed several challenges; sensitivity to human needs, context and scale, as well as creating a model for the client’s first time endeavor.

Forty-one affordable housing units, a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units, a community center and courtyard were built on a vacant lot in Boise’s North End.

Davis Park Apartments received the American Institute of Architects Citation Award.
