Trout Architects designed this 30,000 square foot custom office building and leasable office space. An interior courtyard was designed to maximize the enjoyment of a location near the Boise River Greenbelt. The tenants can step into the courtyard and have a quite moment and savor the view along the river bank. The latest computer programs were utilized for project visualization which enabled Trout Architects to produce "walk through" graphics including complete material renderings for the client. From space planning to intricate detailing, this technology enables complete visualizations for the client and potential tenants.
