Trout Architects recently designed a flexible new office building in Meridian. The two-story structure of 24,000-sq. ft. brings itself to the corner to give maximum visibility for user identification. The interior was designed to allow for all sizes of future tenant users; window placement is on an office grid to adjust to 9’ or 12’ perimeter offices. Tenants located on the north side of the building can have up to 6 individual ground floor entrances.

The owner wanted a contemporary building, but one that would age becomingly and continue to be part of the urban fabric of Meridian. Brick walls and base give the building a warm permanent presence while the metal awnings shade the west and south exposures and highlight the windows.
