Brookside village master Plan

Planned and designed by Trout Architects and developed by Western Realty Advisors, Brookside Village is planned development including single family housing and apartments.

This unique housing project was developed in 2 phases. Phase I is 40 single family homes. They have a traditional look to them, including front porches. The development follows the traditional, grid planning system of town and neighborhood developments of the 1800’s to early 1900’s. This includes alley- loaded garages, planting strips and sidewalks separated from the street to protect pedestrians.

Phase II was a 116 unit apartment project standing three stories tall with the exterior materials and colors complimentary to the single family housing.
