The program called for the addition of a hostess station, wine bar and a new separation wall between the dining room and kitchen. To create a more intimate feel in this open space, the new wall of composite wood product was rendered a deep red. The new elements of glass, steel and maple combined with the red of the wall create a personal, tactile environment.
