ReLam Chair

Winner of Best Chair Design, Idaho Chair Affair, this design juxtaposes two distinct forms and techniques of construction by re-laminating plywood products. The intention is to develop an aesthetic that deals frankly with composite wood products. Through cutting, bending, and re-laminating, the visual and structural potentials of these ordinary materials are pushed to extraordinary results.
