A combination of design and taste. The client came to Trout Architects requesting assistance with renovating an old, dilapidated blacksmith shop into a new specialty ale craft brewery in downtown Boise. The building provided design obstacles which our design team creatively embraced, including fire wall and exiting issues, among other unexpected challenges that come with the nature of an older building.
Located on Front Street, this brewery specializes in craft beer production while providing a unique environment to taste the product. With the combined experience of the client’s ability to brew craft beer and Trout Architects ability to layout well functioning plans and create unique spaces, Woodland Empire Ale Craft is a great place to relax and taste some locally brewed beer.
