Designed by Trout Architects, Brookside Apartments when completed will contain 112 one and two bedroom units in seven buildings on a 4.46-acre site located on the southern bank of the pristine Loggers Creek.
Brookside Apartments was designed to complement the new traditional residential neighborhood to the south that was also master planned by Trout Architects for Western Realty Advisors. The exterior design of these apartment buildings was based on the image of large late 1800s American manor houses. The buildings were arranged on the site to complete the neighborhood’s main boulevard with public access to Logger’s Creek.
Total project cost is approximately 15 million dollars.
