Steve Trout is an architect and designer with an extensive background in architecture, design and construction management that gives him a unique perspective. Steve received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Idaho in 1977 and has been working since to build the diverse and creative firm of Trout Architects. Steve possesses a unique ability to work with a wide spectrum of people; facilitating and synthesizing different perspectives into seamlessly detailed projects. Steve has been reviewed and accepted by the State of Idaho Historic Preservation Office as meeting the requirements of 36 CFR Part 61 NPS Professional Qualification Standards to provide architectural services on historic structures. Steve is also a LEED Accredited professional and is always looking to incorporate green, healthy and sustainable practices into his designs.
